We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Sample Coordinator to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating sample management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the retail industry's dynamic environment while enhancing customer experiences and maintaining brand integrity.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate with the marketing team to establish and adhere to deadlines for photo shoot samples.<br>• Develop and manage an efficient tracking system to monitor and organize all sample requests.<br>• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring timely reporting and proper archiving of sample records.<br>• Organize sample coordination for catalogs, mailers, and landing page assets.<br>• Act as the primary point of contact for sample-related communication with photo, copy, and buyer teams.<br>• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on site pages and assist with updates and verifications.<br>• Identify and implement innovative opportunities to improve business operations.<br>• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.<br>• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support team objectives.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative and follow up effectively.<br>• Proven ability to enhance customer experiences while aligning with brand vision.<br>• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Flexible and adaptable, with a curiosity to learn and experiment in unfamiliar situations.<br>• Skilled at balancing multiple projects and tasks efficiently.<br>• Self-driven, with a strong ability to follow through on outstanding items.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with familiarity in tools such as CRM, Concur, and Cisco Webex Meetings.
