In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that requirements are effectively translated into actionable plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the optimization of business processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>·      Administration and strategic development of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring alignment with business goals. Knowledgeable in javascript, suitescript, html, ccs, workflows, saved searches, freemarker are pluses.</p><p>·      Act as a senior advisor to Retail, Finance, and Operations teams, translating complex business needs into effective system solutions.</p><p>·      Support and enhance retail IT systems, including POS, ERP, productivity suite and system integrations.</p><p>·      Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and system optimization.</p><p>·      Manage cross-functional projects involving system enhancements, third-party integrations, and data migrations.</p><p>·      Collaborate with vendors to ensure the latest technologies are reviewed for business compatibility.</p>

<p>·      5–7 years of experience in an IT Systems Analyst or similar role, with increasing responsibility</p><p>·      2-3 years of experience in a retail environment</p><p>·      Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including configuration, workflows</p><p>·      Extensive experience supporting retail business operations and technology</p><p>·      Proven ability to work with cross-functional initiatives and communicate with executive stakeholders</p><p>·      Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills</p><p>·      Ability to decide priority of assigned tasks and manage multiple and competing tasks</p><p>·      Ability to work effectively as a team player and work with people of all backgrounds, at all levels</p><p>·      Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to all levels of application users in a specific, clear and concise manner</p>
