In this on-site role, you’ll own and evolve core business systems—primarily <strong>NetSuite</strong>—while serving as a trusted advisor to Retail, Finance, and Operations leaders. <p>What You Bring</p><ul><li>5–7+ years in IT systems analysis or similar roles, including <strong>2–3 years in retail</strong></li><li>Deep hands-on experience with <strong>NetSuite</strong> (configuration, workflows; SuiteScript/JS a plus)</li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience in family-owned or highly dynamic organizations</li><li>Data analytics, BI, or advanced reporting experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business, Accounting, or related field</li></ul><p><br></p>
