Please call Brigitte Mendez @ 909-717-4037 if interested or call your Robert Half Recruiter directly.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.</p><p>• Prepare monthly forecasts and weekly financial updates to provide timely insights for decision-making.</p><p>• Execute month-end close procedures, including reconciliation and reporting tasks.</p><p>• Generate comprehensive monthly financial reports to summarize performance and highlight key trends.</p><p>• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address business needs and support strategic planning.</p><p>• Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve cash flow processes.</p><p>• Utilize advanced Excel functionalities to optimize financial models and streamline reporting.</p><p>• Leverage knowledge of business systems to enhance efficiency in financial operations.</p>

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.<br>• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and interpreting key metrics.<br>• Strong skills in cash flow modeling and forecasting.<br>• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.<br>• Familiarity with business systems and their application in financial processes.<br>• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations and compliance.<br>• Demonstrated experience in conducting business analysis and providing actionable insights.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively.
