General Office Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Palo Alto, California. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks. • Proven ability to perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling tools and appointment coordination.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.<br>• Experience with scanning, filing, and maintaining records.<br>• Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.<br>• Prior experience in data entry and general office support is preferred.<br>• Reliable and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
