This is a contract position ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions. Responsibilities:• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.• Prepare and execute billing functions in a timely and accurate manner.• Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.• Support various accounting functions, including journal entries and financial reporting.• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Proficiency in managing billing functions and account reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with accounting software and tools. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial operations.
