We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team in Limerick, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for growth into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records while supporting daily cash management tasks. Responsibilities:• Process and post cash transactions efficiently and accurately.• Apply payments to customer accounts while ensuring compliance with company standards.• Handle check deposits and verify their accuracy.• Perform data entry for accounts payable invoices as needed.• Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable.• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.• Utilize intermediate Excel skills to track and manage financial data.• Support billing functions and ensure timely invoicing.• Assist in commercial collections when necessary.• Contribute to improving workflows and processes within the accounts receivable department.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including cash applications and postings. • Familiarity with billing functions and invoicing procedures. • Proficiency in intermediate-level Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. • Ability to manage commercial collections effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication abilities for resolving account-related issues. • Capable of working onsite in Limerick, Pennsylvania.
