We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Oakdale, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing key data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Conduct financial analyses to support business operations and payment processes. • Perform audits to verify adherence to financial and operational standards. • Manage accounts payable, including processing payments through checks, wires, and ACH transfers. • Oversee accounts receivable by monitoring account statements and following up on outstanding payments. • Record incoming payments via checks, wires, and ACH transfers for bank deposit purposes. • Develop and implement new processes to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. • Analyze financial reports and present findings to the management team. • Communicate financial variances to relevant team members to facilitate resolution.

• Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries. • Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and reconciliation. • Experience with accounts payable (AP) processes and payment methods. • Expertise in month-end close procedures and financial reporting. • Familiarity with auditing practices and compliance standards. • Competence in managing accounts receivable (AR) and payment collections. • Skilled in accurately reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
