We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in North Randall, Ohio. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to grow your skills and take on expanded accounting responsibilities over time. Responsibilities:• Assist in audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.• Perform reconciliations and manage large volumes of data entry.• Utilize Excel to navigate and manage spreadsheets effectively.• Collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.• Handle billing functions and ensure timely processing of invoices.• Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.• Take on additional accounting responsibilities as the role develops over time.

• 3-5 years of accounting experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.• Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions and spreadsheet management.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Ability to handle billing and account reconciliation tasks.• Effective communication and organizational skills.
