We are looking for an experienced payments Compliance Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to manage and optimize financial compliance processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking compliance, operations, financial reconciliation, and reporting. Responsibilities:• Oversee supplier international funding processes• Prepare comprehensive funding reports, including supplier reports and month-end statements.• Develop, update, and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures for international processing and reconciliation.• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting commitments are fulfilled.• Verify production data for accuracy and consistency in reporting.• Facilitate daily and monthly financial reconciliations to meet Finance department requirements and expectations.• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards while managing wire transfers and related processes.

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis. • In-depth knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and banking compliance. • Strong understanding of wire transfer processes and associated regulations. • Experience in financial reconciliation and reporting. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
