Remote Collections Opportunity - Part Time: 20-25 Hours Per Week We are looking for a motivated Collections Specialist to assist a client with a clean-up project. Responsibilities:• Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collection of payments.• Communicate professionally with clients to address payment discrepancies and negotiate solutions.• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and update internal systems accordingly.• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and address issues impacting payment cycles.• Provide regular reports on collections progress and account statuses to management.• Implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.• Analyze accounts to identify trends and recommend improvements to the collections process.• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during all collections activities.• Assist in cleaning up aged accounts and organizing financial data for long-term efficiency.

• Proven experience in collections and accounts receivable roles.• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Proficiency in financial systems and tools for managing accounts.• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data accurately.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Familiarity with compliance standards related to collections.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a flexible schedule.
