Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership within a dynamic environment. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring high-level meetings run smoothly. As a Long-term Contract position, this opportunity offers stability and the chance to contribute significantly to the success of the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.</p><p>• Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</p><p>• Coordinate travel itineraries to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.</p><p>• Prepare agendas and materials for executive meetings, ensuring all participants are well-prepared.</p><p>• Act as a primary point of contact for senior executives, handling communications and inquiries with professionalism.</p><p>• Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.</p><p>• Maintain organized records of meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning and execution as needed.</p><p>• Provide proactive solutions to scheduling conflicts or travel disruptions.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.</p>
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.<br>• Proven expertise in managing executive calendars and scheduling complex meetings.<br>• Strong ability to coordinate and arrange detailed travel plans, both domestically and internationally.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.<br>• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including calendar management systems.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<br>• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
