The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial collections and billing processes, ensuring efficient and detail-oriented communication with clients. Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor overdue accounts to ensure timely payments from commercial clients. • Utilize credit and collection strategies to recover outstanding balances while maintaining positive client relationships. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate account statements. • Develop and implement collection processes that align with company policies and industry standards. • Prepare detailed reports on account statuses and collection efforts for management review. • Communicate clearly with clients to negotiate payment plans and address payment delays. • Analyze customer payment histories and creditworthiness to recommend appropriate collection approaches. • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Identify trends in overdue accounts and propose solutions to mitigate future issues. • Collaborate with the finance department to improve overall billing and collection efficiency.
