This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in credit and collections who thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Collections Specialist Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Manage collection activities for commercial and consumer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding balances.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment plans and address account discrepancies.</p><p>• Utilize credit and collection processes to maintain accurate financial records and minimize overdue accounts.</p><p>• Analyze customer billing and payment histories to identify potential risks and develop strategies for resolution.</p><p>• Maintain detailed documentation of collection efforts and interactions with clients.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.</p><p>• Prepare detailed reports on account statuses and collection progress using Microsoft Excel.</p><p>• Apply advanced Excel formulas to analyze financial data and generate insights.</p><p><br></p>
