We are looking for a skilled Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to oversee and enhance revenue operations within a healthcare setting in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract to permanent position requires a proactive leader who can ensure smooth billing, coding, collections, and patient financial services while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle processes and a commitment to driving efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of financial management. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the revenue cycle team, including billing, coding, collections, and patient financial services. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as denial rates, cash collections, and accounts receivable days. • Investigate and resolve issues impacting revenue cycle performance, including claim denials and underpayments. • Ensure accurate charge capture, coding, and timely submission of medical claims. • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast revenue and manage cash flow effectively. • Prepare and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance to leadership teams. • Conduct audits and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations. • Implement strategies to minimize errors and mitigate financial risks. • Stay updated on industry standards and adapt processes to align with evolving regulations.

• Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, and collections. • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing processes, claims, and eligibility requirements. • Expertise in analyzing financial data and key performance indicators. • Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations and payer compliance. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in managing hospital revenue cycle operations. • Ability to conduct audits and implement quality assurance measures. • Excellent communication and reporting skills for collaboration with senior leadership.
