We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the Accounting Manager with compliance and administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Accurately record financial transactions and maintain accounting records using NetSuite. • Process accounts payable entries and manage accounts receivable transactions. • Handle customer payments and ensure timely deposits. • Provide backup support for check receipt and bank deposit functions. • Manage employee expense reports and ensure proper documentation. • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic accounting files. • Assist with tax compliance and other administrative accounting tasks as needed. • Collaborate with team members to improve systems and workflows.

• At least two years of bookkeeping experience in an office environment. • Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with accounting software. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Competence in Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Excel and Word. • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous. • Knowledge of technical theater is a plus. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a casual office setting.
