The role involves managing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting to support organizational goals. Responsibilities:• Prepare and record journal entries to maintain the accuracy of financial records.• Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure proper documentation and compliance.• Assist in month-end close procedures, including analysis and reporting.• Handle corporate tax filings and sales tax processes in adherence to regulations.• Review and prepare corporate tax returns with precision and attention to detail.• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless operations and address gaps in workflow.• Utilize PeopleSoft software to manage accounting processes efficiently.• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.• Support audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation.• Maintain the integrity of financial records and improve operational efficiency. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
