Office Manager
We are looking for a skilled Practice Administrator for a contract to permanent position in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys implementing processes to create organizational efficiency. You will play an essential role in overseeing administrative operations, managing staff, and ensuring the financial health of the clinic. <br> Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively. • Supervise a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals. • Implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and maintain operational standards. • Conduct cost analysis for employee benefits. • Manage credentialing processes and oversee revenue cycle operations to maintain financial stability. • Handle HR-related tasks, including intake and onboarding of new hires. • Monitor financial reports and provide insights to leadership regarding the clinic's performance. • Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained, placing orders as needed. • Coordinate receptionist duties and maintain a welcoming environment for patients and staff. • Collaborate with leadership to ensure that process changes are sustained effectively.
• Proven experience in office management, preferably in a private practice or independent clinic setting. • Background in healthcare revenue cycle management is highly desirable. • Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and employee benefits administration. • Experience with credentialing and clinic administration is a strong plus. • Ability to analyze financial reports and provide actionable recommendations. • Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and taking initiative to drive change. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage teams and operations effectively.
