We are looking for a skilled Instructor/Trainer to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to the use of Copilot AI tools for business applications. If you have a passion for teaching and a strong grasp of emerging technologies, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Create and implement comprehensive training plans focused on the effective use of Copilot AI tools.<br>• Conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions for employees and clients, ensuring clear understanding and practical application.<br>• Develop training materials, including manuals and guides, to support program objectives and enhance learning outcomes.<br>• Utilize innovative tools such as Dojo to facilitate interactive and impactful training experiences.<br>• Monitor participant progress and adapt training methods to address diverse learning needs.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training goals and align them with organizational strategies.<br>• Stay updated on advancements in AI and integrate relevant updates into training programs.<br>• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements based on feedback.<br>• Provide ongoing support to participants, addressing questions and offering guidance on AI tool usage.

• Proven experience in employee training and instructional design.<br>• Strong knowledge of AI tools and their application in business environments.<br>• Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs, including the creation of manuals and other instructional resources.<br>• Familiarity with tools like Dojo or similar platforms for interactive training.<br>• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.<br>• Ability to assess learner needs and tailor training content accordingly.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and materials.<br>• Commitment to staying informed about emerging technologies and trends in AI.
