Customer Service Representative
<ul><li>Conduct 30-50 calls to existing product users to check satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.</li><li>Provide support for both Ostomy and Continence product lines, handling some incoming calls as required.</li><li>Professionally converse about sensitive health topics and product usage, ensuring a mature and empathetic customer experience.</li><li>Utilize the Patient Assistance Program to facilitate free supply distribution for eligible consumers and resolve issues via website chat.</li><li>Manage and accurately document every consumer interaction in CRMs, ensuring data quality and self-auditing in compliance with established procedures.</li><li>Record and process product complaints, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive results.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum 2-4 years of healthcare customer service and/or sales experience, or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and empathetically, including navigating difficult conversations.</li><li>Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills with effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams; intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li><li>Strong Spanish-Bilingual communication skills.</li></ul>
