In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, and fostering productive relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain financial accuracy. • Utilize GetPaid software for tracking, managing, and reporting on collections activities. • Communicate professionally with clients to address billing issues and ensure timely payment resolutions. • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Monitor aged receivables and identify accounts requiring additional follow-up or escalation. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on payment terms and collection strategies. • Provide detailed updates to management on collection progress and accounts receivable performance. • Maintain a customer-focused approach while fostering positive client relationships during collections activities. • Adhere to company policies and industry standards in all collection processes.

• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections, including knowledge of collection processes. • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship management. • Familiarity with GetPaid software or similar collections platforms. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and workflows. • Solid understanding of accounts receivable principles and billing collection practices.
