Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will support various healthcare-related administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination and organization across multiple tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and contracts effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and manage large groups of physician members across different time zones.<br>• Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation.<br>• Oversee the gathering and routing of contracts through digital platforms such as DocuSign.<br>• Provide administrative support for highly technical medical projects.<br>• Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all documentation and data entry.<br>• Manage inbound calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally.<br>• Draft, review, and process customer contracts in a timely manner.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of administrative tasks.<br>• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.<br>• Support overall office operations with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative assistance or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in handling contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and routing.<br>• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage and coordinate meetings effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and other digital platforms for contract management.<br>• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
