The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, PeopleSoft, and a proven ability to manage complex data sets with precision. Responsibilities:• Reconcile numerous accounts each day, identifying anomalies and addressing discrepancies efficiently.• Process payments, manage exceptions, and track held payments while adhering to customer-specific criteria.• Develop and automate procedures to streamline reporting and communication processes.• Conduct detailed credit analysis and accounts receivable reviews to support financial decision-making.• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting tasks.• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.• Release and print payments in alignment with organizational policies and customer requirements.• Monitor incoming funding and ensure proper reconciliation.• Handle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Strong experience in full-cycle accounting, including accounts receivable and credit analysis.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with prior experience in AI automation and Power Automate.• Advanced proficiency in PeopleSoft and/or Oracle ERP systems.• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.• Proven ability to navigate complex systems, databases, and programs with technical aptitude.• Strong skills in business writing and communication with attention to detail.• Regular and consistent attendance is required to maintain workflow efficiency.• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
