Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in Midland, Texas. This Contract to Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support essential office operations and contribute to the success of a transportation equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.<br>• Answer and direct inbound calls, ensuring courteous and effective communication.<br>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.<br>• Handle receptionist duties by welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries.<br>• Support registration processes and ensure compliance with company protocols.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and enhance productivity.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring supplies are readily available.<br>• Assist with special projects or tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in data entry and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service practices.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a focus on detail.
