<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Technical proficiency with customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li></ul><p><br></p>
