<p>The Software Development Manager is responsible for overseeing software development initiatives, including internal teams and external partners. This role ensures that technical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The manager collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to align technology solutions with strategic goals and business needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and guide software development teams.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and project management across the full software development lifecycle.</li><li>Define and maintain development standards, processes, and best practices.</li><li>Oversee system architecture and contribute to the technical roadmap.</li><li>Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and quality requirements.</li><li>Manage resource allocation and project prioritization.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement software systems and APIs.</li><li>Evaluate existing systems for modernization and performance improvements.</li><li>Conduct testing, debugging, and ensure architectural integrity.</li><li>Manage budgets, timelines, and team assignments.</li><li>Perform other duties as needed to support technology initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>5–7+ years of software development experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of software architecture and development methodologies.</li><li>Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise platforms and vendor integrations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
