Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Order Management Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys managing order processes with precision and efficiency. Based in Melrose Park, Illinois, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our order management and administrative operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately input and process customer orders into the company’s internal systems.<br>• Verify purchase orders to ensure all details are correct and meet compliance standards.<br>• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for order tracking and reporting purposes.<br>• Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.<br>• Monitor and report chargebacks, assisting with basic troubleshooting and resolution.<br>• Provide administrative support during critical periods such as month-end and quarter-end.<br>• Generate simple reports and updates for management to aid decision-making.<br>• Ensure timely processing and management of multiple priorities within the order workflow.<br>• Utilize internal systems, including NetSuite, to optimize order management processes.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry, sales operations, or administrative support.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas, sorting, and data entry).<br>• Adept at using computer systems, including the ability to scan documents and apply keyboard shortcuts.<br>• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar order management systems is a plus.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain positive relationships.
