HR Recruiter
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This contract position involves managing benefits administration and ensuring accurate reconciliation of benefit invoices and payroll deductions. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in employee benefits and strong proficiency in Excel to support critical HR operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Reconcile benefit invoices with payroll deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Manage billing processes for medical, dental, and vision plans.<br>• Perform audits and resolve discrepancies in benefits-related data.<br>• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and formulas, to analyze and manage benefits information.<br>• Maintain up-to-date records of employee benefits and compensation details.<br>• Collaborate with other HR team members to address employee benefits inquiries and issues.<br>• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR compliance standards.<br>• Provide detailed reports on benefits reconciliation and audits.<br>• Support pension administration and workers’ compensation processes as needed.<br>• Contribute to continuous improvement in benefits administration practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR functions.<br>• Expertise in managing medical, dental, and vision plan billing and reconciliation.<br>• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and advanced formulas.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and data management.<br>• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.<br>• Proven ability to handle reconciliation tasks and resolve discrepancies effectively.<br>• Experience in pension administration and workers’ compensation processes.<br>• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
