In this role, you will leverage your expertise to manage the full cycle of recruitment, ensuring that challenging positions are filled with exceptional candidates. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who is meticulous and thrives on sourcing top talent and creating innovative hiring strategies. Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records and track candidate progress. • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills and compatibility with the company culture. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs. • Analyze market trends and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process. • Maintain strong, attentive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout. • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. • Proven ability to source and recruit for challenging and specialized positions. • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative recruiting strategies. • Knowledge of corporate recruitment practices and compliance requirements. • Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
