This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to critical processes ensuring compliance and quality standards in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credentialing practices and will play a key role in maintaining provider credentials. Responsibilities: • Manage credentialing processes for physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Oversee re-credentialing applications to maintain up-to-date provider certifications. • Conduct thorough reviews of documentation and verify qualifications for medical professionals. • Maintain detailed records of all credentialing activities to ensure accuracy and accessibility. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to address credentialing requirements. • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion of credentialing tasks. • Communicate effectively with providers to resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies. • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards throughout all credentialing processes. • Identify and implement improvements to streamline credentialing workflows. • Provide regular updates and reports on credentialing status to relevant stakeholders.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credentialing, preferably within the healthcare sector. • Strong understanding of provider and physician credentialing processes. • Familiarity with re-credentialing applications and medical credentialing standards. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed documentation. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with providers and agencies. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to credentialing processes. • Ability to identify and implement process improvements in credentialing workflows.
