This is a long-term contract position that requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in accounting practices and financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:• Perform bank account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.• Manage full-charge bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and maintaining accurate financial records.• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain organized and up-to-date accounts.• Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to manage and monitor financial data effectively.• Assist with maintaining compliance and preparing financial statements.• Analyze financial information and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth accounting operations and reporting.• Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.• Review and verify the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.• Provide recommendations for improving accounting processes and systems.

• Proven experience in bank account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.• Strong knowledge of full-charge bookkeeping practices and principles.• Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries.• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
