Contact Jackie Meza at 209.227.6563 for details </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct and manage all aspects of the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.</p><p>• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.</p><p>• Oversee treasury management activities, including cash flow monitoring and investment strategies.</p><p>• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights into company performance.</p><p>• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.</p><p>• Collaborate with executive leadership to create and execute strategic financial plans.</p><p>• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and team development.</p><p>• Ensure timely completion of audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.</p><p>• Monitor and manage the organization’s budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and advise on financial strategies.</p>

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a leadership role.<br>• Strong expertise in full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.<br>• Proficiency in conducting financial analysis and interpreting complex data.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage treasury functions, including cash flow and investments.<br>• Excellent knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop staff.<br>• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
