Contact Jackie Meza from Robert Half at 209.227.6563</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the accounting department, including oversight of payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.</p><p>• Develop and maintain accurate budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.</p><p>• Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimize financial health.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with contracts, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements.</p><p>• Collaborate with the executive team to create financial plans and drive business strategies.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software to streamline accounting processes.</p><p>• Conduct month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.</p><p>• Provide guidance on financial matters related to real estate or construction projects, if applicable.</p><p>• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.</p>

<p>• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax; Master’s degree preferred.</p><p>• 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.</p><p>• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of financial planning, contracts, and compliance regulations.</p><p>• Experience with payroll management and cash flow analysis.</p><p>• Familiarity with real estate or construction industries is a plus.</p><p>• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.</p>
