We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a client on a contract basis in Kirkland, Washington. In this role, you will focus on supporting essential accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Responsibilities:• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.• Handle cash receipts, including lockbox transactions and credit card payments.• Manage ACH payments and track incoming transactions.• Oversee vendor prepayments and ensure deposits align with order requirements.• Reconcile deposits against orders to prevent overpayments.• Perform light accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.• Conduct administrative work to support the accounting department.• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data entry consistency.

• Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in invoice processing and reconciliation. • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Ability to manage cash receipts, lockbox transactions, and credit card payments. • Knowledge of vendor prepayments and deposit tracking. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
