<p>3–5+ years desktop support experience</p><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for device management</p><p>Experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID administration</p><p>Knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting</p><p>Strong hardware and software support background</p><p>Excellent communication and customer service skills</p>
