Network Security Engineer
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Network Security Engineer</strong> to join our IT security team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage security solutions that safeguard our enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and availability across all systems.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, configure, and maintain network security systems including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and proxy solutions.</li><li>Monitor network activity for security threats and respond to incidents in real-time.</li><li>Implement security policies, standards, and best practices across network infrastructure.</li><li>Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate risks.</li><li>Support secure network architecture design and contribute to long-term security strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Provide documentation, reports, and recommendations to leadership.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>network security engineering</strong> or a similar role.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, etc.), IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and VPNs.</strong></li><li>Proficiency in routing, switching, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.).</li><li>Experience with <strong>cloud security</strong> (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a strong plus.</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., <strong>CCNP Security, CISSP, CEH, or Palo Alto PCNSE</strong>) preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li>Work with cutting-edge security technologies.</li><li>Be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and professional growth.</li><li>Competitive salary, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
