<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p> We are seeking a skilled and proactive <strong>Network Administrator</strong> to join our IT team. This individual will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure reliable performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network hardware, software, and security protocols, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.</li><li>Install, configure, and manage network hardware and software.</li><li>Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.</li><li>Perform regular system monitoring, backup operations, and disaster recovery testing.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues, outages, and connectivity problems.</li><li>Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system integrations.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, standards, and procedures.</li><li>Stay current on emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
