<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Data Analyst</strong> with a passion for problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail to support a key short-term data project in Jacksonville, FL. If you enjoy working with Excel, SQL, and large datasets to uncover insights — this role is for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze, clean, and reconcile large data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Perform <strong>data comparisons, account reconciliations, and variance analysis</strong>.</li><li>Utilize <strong>advanced Excel functions</strong> (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) to organize and interpret data.</li><li>Write and optimize <strong>SQL queries</strong> to extract and manipulate data.</li><li>Present clear reports and findings to stakeholders to support business decisions.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and formulas).</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>SQL</strong> for data extraction and manipulation.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of data.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>data visualization tools</strong> (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of <strong>data quality, governance, and reporting best practices</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>financial or operational data analysis</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s in It for You</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with a high-impact data project.</li><li>Opportunity to collaborate with an innovative and fast-moving team.</li><li>Competitive hourly rate and potential for project extension.</li></ul><p><br></p>
