<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>IT Business Analyst</strong> with strong <strong>data analysis expertise</strong> to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and driving the delivery of IT and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has a mix of business acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with hands-on experience working with data.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT and data projects.</li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making and solution design.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery of solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), and user stories.</li><li>Support testing efforts by creating test plans, test cases, and validating solutions against requirements.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements through data insights and automation.</li><li>Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
