<p>We’re seeking a skilled data specialist with<strong> expertise in Microsoft Fabric</strong> and Power BI to support HR analytics and reporting initiatives. Your focus will be on maintaining existing pipelines, building interactive dashboards, and delivering paginated reports that turn complex data into actionable insights within an existing framework. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys a mix of data engineering and report development, with a heavier emphasis on Power BI.</p>

<p>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, notebooks, pipelines, semantic models)</p><p>Strong Power BI skills: data modeling, DAX, DirectQuery performance tuning, report interactivity (drill-through, bookmarks, tooltips)</p><p>Experience creating Paginated Reports (RDL) with Report Builder, including parameters, grouping, and print-ready layouts</p><p>Proficiency in Python (pandas/PySpark) for ingestion, transformations, and data quality checks</p><p>Solid SQL knowledge (T-SQL/Delta SQL) for schema design and optimization</p><p>Familiarity with API/REST integrations and incremental load patterns</p><p>Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and observability practices</p>
