<p>We are seeking a <strong>Power BI Developer</strong> to join our team onsite. This role will focus on designing and developing interactive dashboards, building scalable data models, and leveraging Azure-based data services to deliver actionable insights across the organization.</p>

<p>3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a related BI role</p><p>Proficiency in Power BI development, including dashboards, reports, and paginated reports</p><p>Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language)</p><p>Experience with SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)</p><p>Expertise in data modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehouse design</p><p>Familiarity with Azure services such as Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, or Fabric</p><p>Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines</p><p>Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions</p><p>Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills</p><p>Preferred: experience with security, governance, and row-level security in Power BI</p>
