<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior IT Business Analyst</strong> to join our team and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Sr. IT BA will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and helping design solutions that align with strategic goals. This individual will be instrumental in driving technology initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for IT initiatives.</li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development and engineering teams.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow design to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Support solution design and testing, ensuring delivered systems meet business expectations.</li><li>Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.</li><li>Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to ensure successful communication and delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p>
