<p>We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with advanced Excel expertise to support data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will translate raw data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables.</p>

<p>3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence</p><p>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested formulas, conditional formatting, macros preferred)</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret large datasets</p><p>Experience with <strong>Power BI</strong>, <strong>SQL</strong>, or <strong>Tableau</strong> a plus</p><p>Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy</p><p>Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams</p>
