HR Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team in Itasca, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting employee relations, onboarding, and other essential human resources functions. If you are <strong><u>fluent in Spanish</u></strong>, have strong organizational skills, and are passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and support employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.</p><p>• Address and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining an attentive and confidential approach.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, providing guidance as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with the benefits team to assist with employee benefit functions and inquiries.</p><p>• Utilize HR systems such as Ceridian and Paylocity to maintain accurate employee records and streamline processes.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust.</p><p>• Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards.</p><p>• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and programs.</p>
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.<br>• Proven experience in employee relations and onboarding processes.<br>• Familiarity with HR systems such as Ceridian and Paylocity.<br>• Strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements.<br>• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.<br>• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.<br>• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.<br>• Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
