ENGLISH/SPANISH PROFICENCY IS HUGE!! • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.• Strong proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, social media, and job boards.• Excellent ability to assess candidates for technical skills and cultural alignment.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate records.• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and diversity promotion.• Experience in analyzing market data to inform competitive hiring and compensation strategies.
