<p>A personal injury firm is seeking a passionate and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. As a vital member of their practice, you’ll advocate for individuals who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence, or wrongful acts.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution</li><li>Conduct client consultations, assess cases, and develop legal strategies</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents</li><li>Negotiate settlements and correspond with insurance companies and medical providers</li><li>Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and hearings</li><li>Maintain accurate case files and communicate clearly and compassionately with clients</li><li>Stay current with applicable federal, state, and local laws</li></ul>

<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership in good standing</li><li>2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases</li><li>Record of successful settlements and litigation preferred</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting</li><li>Strong time-management and organizational abilities</li><li>Must be licensed in Texas</li></ul><p><br></p>
