This is strictly a temporary role for the next 3-5 months. If you're available and interested in a temporary assignment, please apply to this job posting. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive support to attorneys on matters including litigation, contract law, real estate, and corporate transactions</li><li>Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, agreements, and correspondence</li><li>Perform legal research, gather case materials, and draft memoranda or summaries</li><li>Assist with discovery, document production, and maintaining case files and databases</li><li>Schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and maintain attorney calendars</li><li>Effectively communicate with clients, courts, and other parties regarding case status and documentation requests</li></ul>

<ul><li>At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department</li><li>Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
