As a key contributor, you will handle payroll for a workforce of 200 employees while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in payroll processes. Responsibilities:• Process full-cycle payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Handle payroll for over 200 employees, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.• Manage payroll systems, including Paycor, to streamline operations and reporting.• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, providing exceptional service to employees.• Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.• Maintain detailed payroll records for audits and reporting purposes.• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to implement necessary changes.• Provide support for payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.• Work to continuously improve payroll processes and ensure system efficiency.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management for California• Proficiency in Paycor is required • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.• Effective communication skills to address payroll inquiries and collaborate with teams.• Familiarity with preparing and analyzing expense reports
