The role requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in accounting and reconciliation. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect all financial transactions correctly. • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Perform detailed account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of records. • Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Track and manage invoices related to specific projects, ensuring proper documentation and approval. • Reconcile accounting records for substations and ensure alignment with project data. • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide support. • Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all accounting activities.

• Proven experience in month-end close processes. • Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and accounting principles. • Ability to prepare accurate journal entries and reconcile accounts efficiently. • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. • Familiarity with tracking invoices and managing project-related accounting. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools. • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
