This role involves managing team performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with internal stakeholders to meet organizational goals.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Team Leadership & Development</p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and accountability.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to shape departmental strategy and future direction.</li><li>Manage staffing needs, performance evaluations, and employee development.</li><li>Build strong relationships across departments to support business objectives.</li></ul><p>Operational Oversight</p><ul><li>Supervise daily accounting workflows including reconciliations, general ledger management, and reporting.</li><li>Monitor productivity and service levels, using data to guide decisions and improvements.</li><li>Resolve escalated issues and identify trends for proactive solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.</li><li>Support multiple product lines with varying systems and complexity.</li><li>Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures.</li></ul><p>Reporting & Budget Management</p><ul><li>Create and maintain reporting tools to support leadership visibility and strategic planning.</li><li>Oversee budget-related activities such as payroll and overtime tracking.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.</li><li>3+ years of leadership experience in a finance or accounting setting.</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows.</li></ul><p><br></p>
